At Masters Glass Works, every piece is handcrafted with care and quality in mind. We want you to love your purchase, but if there’s an issue, we’ll make it right within the guidelines below.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (handmade and glass), we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we offer replacements or refunds. Please follow the steps under “Damaged Items” below.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order is damaged or faulty upon arrival:

Email us at Tim@mastersglassworks.com.au within 48 hours of delivery

Include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the item and packaging

A brief description of the issue



We will assess your claim and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund.

Once your claim is approved:

Refunds are processed to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal)

Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account
